Free First Time Homebuyer Seminar Slated For August 30th

Calabasas, Calif., October, 2006 - Ready take the leap from renting to owning your first home but are confused by the process? Need someone to help you plan for home ownership? Alan Ching, Senior Loan Officer, at Troxler & Associates, Inc. will be conducting a Free First Time Homebuyers Seminar at the firm's offices in Calabasas on August 30th at 7 p.m.

There will be no sales pitch and no real estate agents. Just good information by an expert in the mortgage industry that will help get you into your first home. Alan started conducting the seminar when a friend asked if he would talk to her sons (in their twenties) about how to get into their first home. "She asked how much I would charge for my time and I said I would be happy to do it for free. First I made new friends, then clients'. That's how the seminar evolved" says Alan.

A full array of topics will be covered including special home loan programs for the first time buyer, how a credit scoring is used, tax advantages of home ownership and simplifying the mortgage and closing processes.
