Plans For Senior Housing On Former Home Depot Site Move Forward
Calabasas, Calif., May, 2007 - Troxler, a California based firm specializing in providing joint venture equity for commercial, industrial, hospitality, residential and land entitlements, announces that plans for the project with joint venture partner, D2 Development and Construction, are moving forward.
The senior housing project is situated on approximately 11.6 acres in Oxnard, California, on the former Home Depot site. The complex is also expected to encompass medical services, a fitness center and a nonprofit agency for active seniors offering programs dedicated to education, health and the arts.
