Troxler Announces Grand Opening Of Joint Venture

Calabasas, Calif., July, 2006 - Troxler, a California based firm specializing in providing joint venture equity for commercial, industrial, hospitality, residential, land entitlements and development, announces that the project, Villa Amalfi, with joint venture partner, Schaffel Development, is slated for Grand Opening on July 26th, 2007.

Villa Amalfi is located in Studio City, California, directly across the street from the Studio City Golf Course. The project is a 14-unit condominium project in close proximity to shops, entertainment and world-class restaurants.
