Development More Than 50% Sold!

Calabasas, Calif., January, 2007 - Troxler, a California based firm specializing in providing joint venture equity for commercial, industrial, hospitality, residential and land entitlements has announced that "The Metropolitan", a 1,279 condominium community with whom the firm partnered with MacBeth Apartment Systems Inc. is more than 50% sold.

The 16-building complex located on 29 acres in Warner Center, in the west San Fernando Valley, was acquired in 2004 and has undergone extensive renovations and improvements. Since the grand opening in March of 2005, sales have been brisk due to the response from young professionals who covet the luxury amenities and prime location near shops, restaurants, movies and transportation.
