Project To Include 877,000 Square Feet Of Retail And Office Space

A master planned community, the Old River Ranch project will span approximately 1,578 acres and include 81 acres of commercial uses. There are expected to be 4,856 single-family units, 1,472 multi-family units and a potential for 877,000 square feet of retail and office space.
