Troxler, over the last 15+ years, has developed a unique ability to source and close lucrative opportunities.  In addition, Troxler is resource deep, leveraging its relationships within the real estate and financial services industries to maximize investment returns.  Troxler has invested approximately $650 million in equity and mezzanine financing to date, much of which has been realized. Troxler manages all of its own investments and maintains institutional asset management practices.  Over the next several years, Troxler looks forward to capitalizing on existing investment opportunities in the commercial real estate arena,  managing those investments, and attracting third party asset management assignments.
